Scrum for Teams

Scrum is one of the most popular approaches to organizing team work, especially in software development. Like most agile methodologies, it focuses on maximizing the value of the product being developed while minimizing bureaucracy and process overhead. In this course, participants will learn the fundamentals of Scrum, its principles and pillars, and the agile mindset behind them. They will experience firsthand how individual elements work and practice using Scrum in a hands-on, interactive environment. The training is largely based on workshops, games, and simulations.
