Today’s projects are increasingly complex. They are intricate and demanding, and there are many project management tools available on the market. Nevertheless, the greatest challenge in project execution remains the human element. This workshop is aimed at individuals managing or participating in projects. The goal is to familiarize participants with techniques and tools useful in daily project work, enabling both managers and team members to maintain effective communication and shared knowledge of project progress.
Who is this training for?
This open workshop is intended for both project managers and members of project or product teams. The optimal number of participants is between 6 and 12.
What You Will Learn
- During the workshop, participants will be introduced to selected techniques that enable efficient and effective project management. The workshop is conducted as a case study of successive stages of a real project. Participants can choose one of several proposed projects and then follow and discuss the subsequent steps of its execution.
Methods
- Hands-on Workshops: Participants work in subgroups on a selected, example project related to familiar areas such as hobbies, work, or entertainment. This approach allows participants to practice tools and methods in a clear and familiar context.
- Interactive Sessions: Exercises are interspersed with short lectures on various topics. The primary tools are discussions among participants and the exchange of insights related to the exercises. Expect the use of sticky notes, paper, scissors, and even LEGO blocks.
- Post-Training Support: Upon completion, participants receive materials containing the information presented during the training, along with additional resources and bibliographies helpful in daily project work. If needed, participants can contact the instructor for further consultations.
