This training demonstrates how to practically build automations using n8n, without complex IT projects or long implementations. Participants learn to connect systems, data, and AI models into cohesive processes that work in real business conditions. The workshops focus on examples from sales and marketing, but the skills gained can also be applied to automate other repetitive tasks within a company. The workshops are project-oriented. After learning the theory, participants build automations step by step, including automating content generation and publishing on social media. They also create a fully functional AI chatbot based on company knowledge. After the training, participants will be able to independently design and maintain processes that automate key business activities.

- Role of the AI chatbot in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Feeding the chatbot with company knowledge and working on organizational data
- Routing client inquiries: qualification, context collection, and escalation to the team
- Scope, response rules, and security limitations
- Workshop: step-by-step AI chatbot development

- Tools for content planning and management
