Individually arrangedTraining UX in a Product Team – Collaboration, Processes, and Impact
This training focuses on the practical, operational role of UX in real-world IT product teams. During the training, participants learn how designers can work effectively in an environment of day-to-day collaboration with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders — including situations where processes are incomplete (or do not exist at all), roles are unclear, and decisions are made under time pressure. Participants learn how to build real UX influence on product development, strengthen their role within the organization, and improve collaboration within the product team. The training focuses on the practical, operational role of UX in real IT product teams. During the training, we show how designers can effectively operate in an environment of day-to-day collaboration with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders, including situations where processes are incomplete (or do not exist at all), roles are not clearly defined, and decisions are made under time pressure. Participants learn how to build real UX influence on the shape of the product, strengthen their role within the organization, and improve collaboration within the product team. The training is based on real project situations, case studies, and a workshop-based approach. The training also addresses contemporary challenges in UX work: the use of AI in the design process, accessible design, working with metrics, experiments, data, and the impact of UX on product and business decisions.
