Employees participating in the outplacement process will learn how to professionally prepare their CV and LinkedIn profile, how to tailor them to market requirements, and how to maintain them to stand out among other candidates. With the support of a career advisor, they will refine their CV and LinkedIn profile to perfection.

 

How does it work?

 

Employees in the outplacement program stay in contact with and guided by a career advisor. Meetings are held on the convenient Zoom platform. Video-live sessions ensure comfort for all participants, regardless of their geographic location.

 

 

Step 1: Introductory session (1 h)

Focus: career goal – the employee works with a career advisor to define the next steps and create a personalized action plan.

 

Step 2: Online self-work (1 h + 1 h)

The employee receives practical checklists for the CV and LinkedIn profile, as well as a CV draft with valuable tips – these materials allow them to preliminarily refine each element of their CV and LinkedIn profile.
They will also receive a step-by-step instructional video guiding them through the checklists and the sample CV draft.

 

Step 3: Advisory sessions (2 sessions x 1 h)

After refining the CV and LinkedIn profile according to recommendations, the final polish takes place. The employee has the support of a career advisor and can decide whether to discuss everything in a live Zoom meeting, receive written feedback, or both.

    Access to the multimedia materials will be active for 12 months from the moment they are first made available.
