This two-day introductory training is designed for participants who want to start working with Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). Participants will learn the fundamentals of low-code solutions and how to create workflow automations using standard and premium connectors. The course covers the types of flows, working with applications such as Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Excel, and managing flows effectively. Attendees will also learn how to test, save, copy, share, export, and import flows. This training equips participants with essential skills to save time by automating repetitive tasks and efficiently implementing business solutions.

Prerequisites

  • Basic web browser skills

  • Ability to create nested formulas in Excel (e.g., IF, OR, AND, conditional expressions)
  • Access to an environment where you can log in to a training account or your own company account, with permissions to create SharePoint sites, Teams spaces, or manage a prepared environment
