Windows 11 – Workstation Administration and Management

The training takes the form of intensive practical workshops aimed at preparing participants for real-world work with Windows 11. The course focuses on workstation administration, configuration, security, and maintenance in the daily operations of an IT department. The training is not just a presentation of system features. The main emphasis is on a practical approach to management, best practices, and typical issues faced by administrators and helpdesk teams.

  • Have general familiarity with IT environments
  • Have basic knowledge of PowerShell (preferred but not required)
